TELO Trucks Appoints Dale Beever as Director of Design Technical Operations

September 12, 2024 — TELO Trucks has announced the hiring of Dale Beever as Director of Design Technical Operations. With over 20 years of experience in automotive and aerospace design, Beever brings a notable portfolio of projects that includes the Ford 50th Anniversary Mustang and the Lincoln Continental Concept. His new role at TELO will focus on enhancing the company’s design and manufacturing capabilities as it expands its presence in the consumer and commercial electric vehicle (EV) markets.

Beever’s expertise spans digital modeling, design engineering, and industrial design, with a particular emphasis on the application of advanced 3D technologies. At TELO, he will be tasked with integrating these technologies into the design process of the company’s flagship vehicle, the TELO MT1. His background in both creative design and technical engineering is expected to contribute to the evolution of the MT1 while maintaining elements of classic automotive design.

Industry Experience

Before joining TELO Trucks, Beever served as President of ICG Inc., where he played a leading role in the design and engineering of various award-winning vehicles. His work has extended beyond the automotive industry into aerospace, where he contributed to the development of the Airstream Nest RV and the Icon A5, an amphibious aircraft. This combination of experience is expected to be instrumental in TELO’s ongoing efforts to innovate in EV design.
